I am receiving duplicate messages from ClassroomParent. What can I do to stop this?

In most cases, the reason you are seeing duplicate messages is one of the following:

  1. Your email address is associated with more than one person, a husband and wife, for example?
  2. Your information is duplicated, and associated with two different students.

In the first case, change one of the person’s email address to a different address, remove the address from one of the persons, or set one of the persons email preferences to “Do Not Send”

In the second case, remove the duplicate, by following these instructions
